Anna Dugdale, Chief Executive, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

Anna Dugdale was appointed as Chief Executive of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust on 4 December 2008.

Prior to taking on the position of Chief Executive, Anna was Director of Resources at the Norfolk and Norwich for nine years and was instrumental in a number of key projects including being the lead in the Trust’s negotiation of the refinancing of the PFI hospital, the Executive lead on the Wright Inquiry and the Executive lead for the Trust’s Foundation Trust application.

Before that Anna was a Senior Manager at Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants based in London, where she had a diverse client portfolio based both in London and internationally.

Anna is a member of the FTSE 100 Cross Company Mentoring Scheme and is a Director of the Norwich Carbon Reduction Trust – a local charity involved in increasing community awareness of sustainability and environmental issues.

Anna is married to Chris and has two children, Emma (11) and Ben (9). Her interests include sailing, travelling and wine.
